I prefer the top one. It seems a bit dark around his eyes though.

the C41-E6 on this one is nice. i like the darker tone. i think the reason why the other one bothered me is because of how bright it is. my vote is for the curve.

I do like the curve on this one...but the fuchsia cheeks!! They look extremely posterized/grainy (is that just due to web-sizing?)

i like the color of the top one, theres a lot of variety. but i think it distracts a bit from Aidan as the subject by making the background less monotone...i think the bottom one makes a better portrait

once again, the posterization is kinda killin it, maybe if the curve was blended it would maintain more detail while still getting that ethereal quality

I think it helps create a mood that really works for it. I do like the top one the best.

Thnks for all the input. I will make a print to see if the posterization is an issue. Curve looks pretty good, so we will see.
