I feel that the model should be upright. It seems kind of awkward that the model is horizontal, I dont get the impression that they are laying down or at rest. I dont know if that was your intention or not though.
I kind of agree with nick, I liked the fact that it took me a minute to figure out what was going on, yet once I did it just seemed like it needed to be rotated, did you do it that way so it seemed like a sky above, i'm assuming? Either way, beautiful image.
The sky seems to have a red tone and the body a brown tone. You might choose one tone and keep them consistent. You may already know how to do this: 1. create a "Solid Color" adjustment layer set to color blend mode 2. adjust layer opacity as desired.
