I also like the second one, but.... there is the tension at that fence in the top one, like there is something lurking beyond it, that really draws me to that image. I think they both really work, so I would go with the one you like best.
I love the second image, or the top image I guess. I like the tighter crop and how it draws me into the image. Kind of eerie and I really like that. The color is fun too. Nice work.

the bottom one works better for me
I actually prefer the top image, but it won't work as well for pt/pd. The bottom one would make a better grayscale image.

the tone and angle on the left house in the bottom one works better for me
Bottom...Its more dynamic.
I like the bottom one more again because the distortion of the architecture is more distorted!
