{Signs}

Here are some more images for my book titled 'Signs'.  I am continuing my senior from last semester for this book.  I'm wondering if I can get some feedback on whether everyone likes the close-up cropped images or the ones that have more space?

In my opinion the middle one is the most successful. I like the negative space, and it's not distracting not knowing what the sign is.

I like the first and second, slightly more the second. The third is more about detail than the actual sign, it loses its subject matter.

I agree with everyone's elses comments. I think your top and middle ones are very strong, but the bottom just isn't quite working for me. I love the project!

'm afraid i have to disagree, i think the third image is the strongest. the framing on the top image is awkward and if you are going to pull back (like in the second image), i would like to see context as well. have you looked at walker evans work lately?
