I was able to photograph this family again over the weekend. I'm also trying out a trial version of a black and white converter plug-in that closely mimics particular b&w film types. What do you think of these three images? Kati (12, Russia) & Jenalyn (16, Philippines) share this bedroom. Which works best? Does the fact that Kati is out of focus in the middle image bother you? Do you like these b&w conversions? Thank you!

I prefer the 1st and 2nd. The second is more interesting for me because of the blur, but I'm not sure which is better for what you're trying to convey?
the stuff on the wall behind her is a little distracting for me...maybe its that the wall is too sharp or that the posters and stuff are too awkwardly placed around her head...otherwise these are looking really nice...
1 like the 1st it feel more natural than any of the others. they look conferable
