It seems to me that a lot of people aren't taking advantage of this blog. Maybe go through and delete people who haven't posted in the past year? They can still read the blog... dunno, just a suggestion because I know a lot of people graduated and never posted after that initial boom.
Limiting the amount of contributors on free blogs seems to be a pretty common practice.
Megan might have the best idea in terms of keeping this blog going, but if we want to get rid of the limit entirely someone would need to volunteer to host a WordPress/etc. blog on their personal website; unless we can convince the department to pay for it...
I'd be happy to set something like this up, but I can't afford to pay to have it on my site unless we go with msuphoto.camdenhardy.com (which doesn't cost me anything).
I dont think that people that dont post should have too much problems with it. I agree with Megan, that it could be used to buy us some time till we can find a more permanent fix.
Ian: Maybe ask people in your class who would like to be able to post, and just invite the ones that wish to contribute. The others can read it and if they feel they want to start they can always ask to be added. Save having to delete them later.

Maybe if people have not posted in 6 months I should just delete them.
Deleting people might buy us time until we have to eventually do the hosting thing that Camden suggested.

It might add up to more people actually commenting and posting on here. Put some fear in the people!
