Bay- this picture is very visually appealing, the light quality is beautiful, I have never been to Sacramento, but I would not equate this with Sacramento just by looking at it. The mount of red and orange in the image gives it a warm feel which works, and based on the rest of the image, it looks to be well color balanced. overall, nice image.
