Film processing/scanning?

Hey all you film lovers out there...can anyone recommend an affordable, send-away, high quality processing/scanning place? WHCC recommended digigraphics but their prices for scanning are totally absurd, especially for med. format or larger. Maybe that's normal, though? I'm particularly interested in finding a place that makes really high quality scans of 35mm color film.
I recently discovered F-11's scanning is not good enough, even with their "max" resolution. :(
Please help! Thanks!

For scanning 35mm negatives and slides in bulk, check out ScanCafe. Popular Photography did an editorial review on ScanCafe back in 2007.

Hmm...thanks for that warning, Adam. And for the suggestion, Bay!
