The first one works better for me. I like the solid-looking head and ghosted out body more than the whole thing looking transparent. Are all of your images going to be at night or was this just practice?
This method (in my opinion) is used way more than it should be, and I think you'll be hard pressed to make these images your own.
I think you're getting there with the top image, but the bottom one does very little for me. I would say as long as the face is good and crisp you might be alright.
hey nick i really like the first one, i hope you continue with having part of the body solid and the rest ghosted better than the whole body ghosted. are you going to have different people for each image or the same for the whole series?

They will all be shot in low light, maybe some indoor ones eventually.
i think the one you have on facebook is way better than these...thats just me though
