haven't checked out the blog yet but the images are extremely politically charged. the first kinda reminds me of the cover image to robert franks the americans only the little girl is blinded by poverty instead of nationalism. the second has a multifaceted framework. the kid is black, chubby, standing like a militia man or a sentinel with a gun in what appears to be an economically struggling community. powerful image that can be read many ways.. can't wait to see the other ones
