My BLIXtake: A Winter's Day at the Museum

Mr Toledano

This man (I think) has an amazing bunch of portraits. A little bit unsettling, surprising and sexy. In a peculiar way. A bit commercial. Check out A New Kind of Beauty. Attn: Jessica Reyna. CC: Everybody. And then there is this other guy who makes things (cameras even) named Tom Sachs. Try it, you'll like it...

Portrait Exhibition

If anyone is in the Denver/Fort Collins, CO area in November, I will have this photograph in the Portrait Exhibition, juried by Mary Ellen Mark, at The Center for Fine Art Photography in Fort Collins.  The show opens November 6th with a public reception for the photographers whose work has been accepted for the show. I am trying to make it down to meet some of the other photographers and gain feedback from others attending the opening.  The show will be open from November 6th-November 28th.

Lewis M. in Butte
