I am scanning images from Heart Mountain for my senior. But, unfortunately my scanner is being quite the bum and deciding not to work. I am not sure what the problem is- when i prescan it is just coming up black.....Any hoooo- here is an image i like, that was recorded pre bum scanner. in the raw.

Libbie, when the scans turn out black, it is usually one of 2 issues. The film tray is not correctly oriented, or the Prefs. are corrupt and need to be deleted.
