So Kat, Hunter and me decided to go to Croatia for the weekend. we left on a thursday night at 9 and after ten and a half hours of ferry across the Mediterianian Sea we arrived in the town of Split. After a cup of coffee we jumped on a 7 hour bus ride to Sarajevo. when we arrived a lady asked us if we need a place to stay and it was the best place ever and for only 10 euros a night. We stayed for the next two days and made the reverse journey back to the Italy. For a total of 40 hours of travel and 48 hours in Sarajevo, it was one of the best times ever. I recommend it to anyone
If you're thinking about buying a new Mac Pro with more than 8GB of RAM, you might want to reconsider, because Photoshop CS3 can only use 4GB of RAM.
Unless you're doing high end video production (with 64-bit apps), then it's essentially useless to buy a Mac with more than 8GB of RAM, because it can't be used.
A 64-Bit version of Photoshop which will be able to use massive amounts of RAM, is still several years away because Apple has stopped development of the 64-Bit codebase which will allow Adobe and other software companies to release 64-bit version of their software.
Sadly, Photoshop CS4 for Windows will be 64-bit, allowing Windows Vista users to feed Photoshop as much RAM as they need.
There's a rumored workaround for Photoshop's RAM limit. If anyone tries this out, please spread the word. It's worth a shot if you work with massive files, such as 4x5 or 8x10 scans, or composites.

I had my first photo shoot in LA today with Kei Ko. Yeah that's a boy... anyhoo I'm trying to build my fashion portfolio by working with some models from ModelMayhem.com. He was the first taker. It was a pretty interesting shoot in Little Tokyo which is AWESOME! I want to live there or something... It was good to get some experience shooting a complete stranger.
Tonight I'm photographing an art opening in Santa Monica for Tom Huck. Getting paid, so I'm happy! Check my blog for non photo related updates about LA.
