Congratulations Matt and Katie!!!!
I need some editing help. Which one do you think works better? If you have any reasons that would be helpful.
Testing the method for my portraiture project. I want to know what everyone thinks. Thanks for sitting in the snow Steph.

I posted a new entry in my blog about assisting for this dude in the 3D space goggles, Mr. Dave Hill. So check it out, it was a lot of fun! He photographed me as a stand in for the actress we were shooting, so I'll definitely be posting that as soon as I get my hands on it!
This is the first portrait off the scanner from my new Garden Path series. I left my book of notes in South Africa (it is in the mail) so I do not have a name for the title yet.
here are a couple photos from the opening inaugural ceremonies today in washington dc. i posted a couple more on my blog and hope to put some up from the upcoming tuesday ceremonies soon.
Here is a snapshot from a shoot on my recent trip to South Africa. The project is called The Garden Path and I was busy making portraits of gardeners. Phinneas Ndlovu is the guy holding the reflector. He was my assistant on the project.
From a shoot I did for the band 8 BITches. It was in a elementary school science classroom which was loads of fun.
Happy New Year everyone! I hope that you're all enjoying your break and excited to get back to work soon.
I hadn't shared anything for a while so I thought I'd pop in and post my most recent portrait. This is Dan Arnold. He's plays guitar and sings for A Static Lullaby. I photographed promos for his as of now unnamed side project on Friday in The Cecil Hotel in downtown LA, about two blocks from Skid Row. It's a really amazing building, but the area was by far the sketchiest I've encountered since moving down here! This image probably won't be used by the band, I took it while testing the lighting, and it turned out to be my favorite.
Hope everyone is well!
